books, games, films, series, etc. I'm wondering where this topic can be covered well. I noticed that lately I have been consuming a lot of such content, and it helps me cope with my thoughts alot

from not so obvious: "the way back" by Erich Maria Remarque, I read this about a year ago and this book is one of my favorites!!! also the war theme, all together it is so depressing and desperate…

I've seen The Bridge (2006) a handful of times and always found comfort in it.

Just before I go, a long way down maybe the perks of being a wallflower (not quite as suicidally based but very depressed) and some youtube video like the short documentary about the suicide forest in japan or hikkikomori videos although they are based more on the extreme loneliness of some people but to me it resonates with suicide
