Fasting before SN

The instructions read 4-8 hours of fasting. Is one way or the other more effective? Plus, this figures into planning and location for me. Thanks

I would go for an 8 hour fast as a minimum but like Stan said if you feel 4 hours is enough go for 4 but it's down to your own judgement before you ctb read the pph and listen to the pod casts to see if you want the other meds to make it more peaceful the pph have given out phones to record the SN experience from start to finish so there should be some interesting feedback coming in the next few months.
