my partner just hit me and i can't take this anymore. please from your perspective tell me the fastest, least cost effective way to ctb: i really want out and i'd rather not be beaten to death instead.

I'm assuming you mean most cost effective way. Well, not sure if it's the most cost effective way, but shotgun blast into your mouth that blows out the back of your skull is certainly the fastest and most effective way. As close to 100% certainty as you're ever going to find.
