that happened to me. they eventually let me go. a week later the hospital made frontpage national news for being a murdrering, suicide-inducing hellhole.

This makes me sick. Locking up a terminally ill patient because they want to end their suffering. Where's the logic? I swear I hate people and their fucked up superiority complex.

In my experience most doctors are scummier than prison guards. They couldn't care less about you if you have MediCal (State healthcare in California).

My dad's been trying to get a decisive diagnosis of growths on his liver, but after doing a biopsy (which took 6 months to get) they still have no clue what's up and told him to come back in another 6 months. We found out about these growths because he went in for a physical after a bout with meningitis that the emergency room didn't diagnose or treat. Fucking meningitis!
