I guess I somewhat fit that category but it's because I do truly care about what other people eat/drink, especially family/close friends. I do make an effort as well as my family to eat as healthy as possible, we don't drink pop, eat fast fast food or candy. We live mostly by nature and an organic lifestyle. But it's everyone's right to eat what they want, I don't "judge", but if someone is complaining to me about their physical/mental health, it is important for them to eat properly.
It is a fact that healthy eating improves both physical AND mental health, not to shame anyone here but from my personal experiences as well as seeing many others after being in the health community for healthy eating/living it drastically changed your life for the better by eating healthier.
When I stopped completely drinking pop/fast food/candy, I felt more energetic, a stronger mind, I "felt" healthier. Sugar makes us all a slave and when you finally can overcome it there is a difference you can see in reality for those who are still trapped. I'm not shaming/attacking anyone for indulging, but there is so much corruption and lies about sugar as it so relatively new to our society and so dangerous to our community. I hate sugar because the people who are behind it have ruined so many lives and lied to the people who want help who cannot seek it since nobody is pointing to the cause of their suffering.
I know it's a bit of a rant, and people shouldn't judge you for how you live, but for me, it saddens me to see people hurting themselves in such a way (when they aren't even depressed or suicidal). I at least try to follow what I preach and only do it in concern of others after learning of how important healthy eating is but I respect their decision but sigh when they complain of physical/mental issues shortly thereafter because the first step to improving both does stem from what we eat, healthy in, healthy out, y'know?
