10 days ago I was in the emergency room then the psych ward because I tried to ctb using the CO method but failed.

I parked my car near a river and waited for the sun to go down so there would be less people around to discover me. Actually realising that I would die is actually really different to just having suicidal thoughts, I was thinking about family for a while and crying a bit. I lit the charcoal in a bathroom area and was planning on bringing it to the car but then the cops came. I panicked and turned on my car so they drove and blocked me so I couldn't reverse. Apparently they were on a random patrol that day in that area and I got "really lucky"

Anyway they found out and I had to go to the emergency room. I had to talk to some nurses and wait there for 12+ hours because the "psychiatrist was busy" but I think that's just a way for the hospital to keep you there and for you to calm down. Then I got sent to the psych ward for a few days where they gave me benzos and put me on new anti-depressants. All my parents know now as well my friends. ;-;

How is your experience with surviving an attempt?

I'm sorry about your experience man (I saw you post this on 8chan as well).

My experiences have been going in and out of the psych ward three times, but never an attempt. The psych wards usually suck. You got really lucky to be able to use your phone.

I''m really sorry for your situation.Just have a big hug.
I lost my friends mostly. My mother knows it because she called me at the hospital asking if I needed money (we don't get very well). My father doesn't know it.My situation is a bit strange.
Think that it's possible that your parents and friend will try to help you. May be seeing a therapist will relief your pain.
Another hug

as well my friends
How?
Anyway, I'm sorry for your situation. I'm just curious, how did the staff treat you? A lot of people say bad things about the pysch ward here.

I only tried once (twice in a row actually), and I still don't know why, maybe SI kicked in just in time. The method was Carotid Compression, maybe I need to do some more research before trying it again. I was lucky no one saw me since I did it in my bedroom at dawn with my parents at home.

My best wishes.

at home but on skype with my ex and on cam in a chat room so she and other people called the cops. attachment is what happened to my front door, cops taking 15 minutes to get in (all the window blinds were down, they always are). 11 hours of coma later i woke up in hospital, demanded to leave. two psychiatrists were called in to see if i was fit to leave and they actually let me go (im skilled at manipulating people). stumbling down the hospital corridors with the remnants of 72 oxazepams and two bottles of scotch in my system i managed to ultimately call a cab to take me home. all cause i needed alcohol.
