I'm so miserable and I just want out, but I can never seem to get partial hanging right. Now my heart is palpatating and I feel awful.

Everything hurts so bad. I was happy for the rest of the month, but then PMDD hit me and now everyone's scared of me and im alone. I hate what I become. Please just make it stop.
