I think is for upcoming suicide live broadcasts or being pro-suicide. I'm not sure how does it works regarding a suicide note.

I don't know if there's a way to cancel in case you change your mind, though ... I know that's possible with Boomerang (for Android), an app to schedule sending e-mails

The link is talking about scheduling a post to a facebook page but this is not an option for a personal facebook account as far as I can tell. I've searched for something like this before and couldn't find anything.
The only way I can think of doing this for a personal facebook account would be to rig it with a macro program on a laptop using an application like AutoHotKey or Macro Express or something.

I've thought about trying this, but I don't have the technical know-how and even then, would be worried that it wouldn't work and I wouldn't get to say my goodbyes. My plan instead is to have all my goodbyes typed out in advance in text docs, then hurriedly copy/pasting them all with location data disabled when I'm out somewhere remote right before I try to ctb, sometime in the middle of the night when most will be asleep and won't see it until hours later.

ChristopherWalken is correct. Personal Facebook pages don't allow scheduled posts. Only business type pages do :(Also agree with ChristopherWalken. I've been hunting for something that can do that, and AHK/similar appears to be the only option for a personal profile.
It's not the most elegant method, and would require a bit of testing to ensure nothing went wrong, but otherwise seems to be pretty solidSimilar threads
