Help Excuse for getting barbiturate prescribed

I have found a Pharmacist who accepted to give my cousin N but asked for Prescription first
Not sure whether the Pharmacist agreed to give my Cousin Pentobarbital or Phenobarbital since my cousin wouldn't recognize the difference with his stupidity but both works anyways(i asked him to confirm what did the Pharmacist agreed for so i know into what i should put efforts) and according to the fact which is that in my Country Phenobarbital is actually present in pharmacies and here are one of its brands

I'm going with my Sister to a Physician whom already know that i want a Prescription for N but wants to diagnose me, I thought of seeking advises over what should i do/claim to ensure getting the Prescription from him.

As far as I know, phenobarbital is a weak barbiturate used to treat epilepsy, and not really suitable for suicide. There's no plausible excuse for needing it, unless you can pretend to be an epileptic.

im not sure whether my cousin is securing pento or pheno but either ways so long as it certainly works and kills me in my sleep i appreciate it and will be easy to not be found in that time since i'll be just sleeping
i already suffer sleeping problems(never went to doctor or took medication over it so no evidence) and thats what i want to claim but i need strong excuse over that, telling him that i took other medications that didnt help and that i need to fix my sleeping routine for some important activities in my life(nothing at all) etc :/
but i have read somewhere before that barbiturates only gets prescribed when other specific kind of medications didn't prove useful but i struggle to find the page again :/

I don't think any doctor will prescribe pentobarbital, as it's considered too dangerous. Other members may have different experiences, though.

Phenobarbital you might be able to acquire, but I'm not sure it's enough to kill you (you'll have to do some research first). I strongly suspect that it's not enough.

Its not an illegal pharmacy but prescription only pills in syria, i dont suggest you to go to syria to obtain it let alone its not easy, there are countries in southeast asia prescribing N why would you go to syria for phenobarbital? you have to keep in mind that there are no direct flights from most countries into syria, its usually into lebanon then into syria but there's a advantage of this fact which is that you can go to lebanon in a taxi with 0% of getting the drug detected because they are too busy checking IDs to check bags for some pills and maybe the same would apply for the airport if you plan to import it back into your country
its a mess i don't recommend it

Customs, cant get N in Canada and pheno is cheaper. I'd settle with a benzo source though its just pheno would be better because it puts you in a coma.

Phenobarbital is legal in Russia, does not require a prescription, and costs ~0.25-0.30 EUR for 1.8 grammes; you may try to buy it online.
The lethal dose is 3+ grammes.

you provide sublinks as if you have already did the study and are providing the source confirming your conclusion,
yet the sublink you provide is about OVERDOSE not LETHAL DOSE as you have written(maybe you are confused or maybe you are confusing)
PPEH says 10gram are the lethal dose yet you claim 3g are while they are absolutely not! but lets imagine someone actually listened to your conclusion and took 3g believing its lethal then the scenario would be ====> waking up in hospital/psych ward 100% and prolifes would be proud of you then.
this comment is meant to prevent this of happening and raise awareness of misleading info thrown here and there.

It is "3+", not "3"; the minimal lethal dose depends on the individual (tolerance, body mass, allergies).
For me it was apparently slightly more than 3 but less than* 7 (unfortunately, I was too high to take more before someone noticed...).

*6-7 grammes would be enough, I mean.
