Hello guys. I am person who plan to go to Netherlands.
I think you guys know about Netherlands assist suicide.
so I was sending there hospital.
and answer has come now.
here is answer :

Thank you for your interest in our organization.

Since you do not reside in the Netherlands your request for euthanasia is quite complicated.

The Dutch Euthanasia Act prescribes that a set of criteria of due care is met. These criteria state that the physician:
• Must be convinced that the request from the patient is voluntary and well-considered.
• Must be convinced that the patient suffers unbearably without prospect of improvement.
• Must have informed the patient about his/her situation and their prognosis.
• Must be convinced, together with the patient, that there is no reasonable other solution for his/her situation.

In order to determine whether or not a request satisfies these requirements, thorough investigation has to follow. This investigation begins by studying your medical files. Relevant medical information has to be made available to us, by you, in Dutch, English, French, German, Italian or Spanish.

An investigation of a request by the Levenseindekliniek takes time. Depending on what type of underlying illness serves as the motivation for your request, this varies from approximately several weeks to several months. If a mental illness underlies your request for euthanasia the process will be augmented by psychiatric evaluation by one of our psychiatrists. The process will therefore take considerably longer, sometimes even over a year.

During the investigation by the Levenseindekliniek you will have to acquire residence in the Netherlands. Depending on your nationality, visa or permits might be required. Arranging these matters is your own responsibility.

Moreover, during the course of an investigation by the Levenseindekliniek several conversations with the patient will take place. Due to the nature of these conversations, a high level of proficiency in Dutch or English is essential.

Furthermore, the Levenseindekliniek, despite what its name might suggest, has no medical facilities. If you need any medical care or assistance, you will have to arrange and pay for it yourself. The costs for the procedure by the Levenseindekliniek will also have be covered by you if you don't have a Dutch health insurance.

Please note that an investigation of a request by the Levenseindekliniek by no means guarantees that your request will be granted. The outcome could very well be that your request does not meet the requirements as stated in the Dutch Euthanasia Act.

If you send us your complete medical files, we could do a pre-investigation in order to estimate whether or not it makes sense for you to move to the Netherlands.
If you want us to help you, please follow the next steps subsequently:
1 Consider the possibilities for you to find an address in the Netherlands where you can live during our investigations. If that is not possible, we cannot help you.

2 Realize that our staff needs to discuss your request extensively with you. Therefore you need to speak Dutch or English fluently. Discussions with the service of an interpreter are insufficient. So if you don't speak Dutch or English fluently, we cannot help you.

3 Collect your medical files and send these to us for a pre-investigation

4 Wait for our reaction. If our impression on the basis of your medical files doesn't support the idea that we could help you, it doesn't make sense for you to move to the Netherlands

5 If our first impression supports the idea that your request could be granted, find an address in the Netherlands where you can live during our investigations.

6 Find a doctor who can take care of you during our investigations. If this doctor is able to perform euthanasia or Physician assisted suicide, you don't need our service.

7 Fill out our application form including your address in the Netherlands and the name and other data of your doctor in the Netherlands.

8 Following this application, we can discuss a time schedule of the investigations to follow.

9 Then we will investigate your request thoroughly and if we can conclude that all criteria are met, we could help you

10 Realize that it is uncertain that your request will be granted. The outcome could very well be that your request does not meet the requirements as stated in the Dutch Euthanasia Act.

11 Please note, that our investigations are not free of charge. If you don't have a Dutch health Insurance, you need to be prepared to pay for our service.

Sincerely,

Met vriendelijke groet,

hope you guys know this imformation
thank you.

That is at least a first step in the right direction. My door is open for you to stay or for anyone who needs residence for this goal. There is no elevator here so you should be able to climb up the stairs.

Very interesting. I happened to write to them before and also received the same answer. The thing is that even though i have some physical pain in my case it would be difficult and complicated cause i dont have all the medical files . I do have some but probably it wouldnt be sufficient, since i havent had some Kind of longterm Treatment etc and i generally dont like to go to the doctors… i think the tough Thing is to "proof" to them and the Team how bad your condition is and of Course it includes a lot of paperwork. May i ask what is your condition? in any case i wish you good luck that you will find what you are Looking for and that they will help you!

@nirvana That would be a bit of the same story for me. Physical pain might be a huge killer and life destroyer but not all pain is medically objectifiable, fact. It might depend much on your own words then... and on what is shared in your medical records about it, the things you've tried to get rid of it etc. Just thinking out loud a bit here..

yes totally true… it really depends on each individual Situation..i totally agree that not all pain is medically objectifiable… i think the big Advantage of clinics like that is to have some Company and to know that you will suceed with your method cause they will assist you.. apart from that i have to say that i would much rather die in a more lovely and cosy atmosphere, thats not so clinical and sterile. but if i had the choice and if the procedure to go through all the paperwork, travelling to netherlands etc would not take too Long i would certainly consider an Option like that. Generally i think it is such a progess that clinics like that exist in the netherlands, switzerland and belgium …not yet in Germany but hopefully that will Change in the future.

The end of life clinic here is a mobile clinic so they will visit you at home for all conversations. Hence the required residence. When getting 'green light' you are able to choose between the "drinking stuff" and "euthanasia" which also takes place at your home. It might be this was already clear to you so just in case it wasn't ;)

This interesting information and unfortunately, I live in the US. Sometimes I just think about immigrating to the Netherlands as there are many more advantages there, prostitution is legal, euthanasia is legal (under the right circumstances), and also many other things. Even if I don't get to own firearms, I don't mind as the benefits for me would outweigh the costs.

I wished more US states will legalize the right to die, death with dignity and such.

So sorry you are going through this Susan ....

Yes, I remember a case of Tinnitus in my country. A woman (about 45 yrs old) and she already had the powdered N (back in the time you could get it in China) at home. But she got "green light" for euthanasia. After her passing the end of life clinic had been reprimanded by the Regional Review Committees Euthanasia (RTE) because they had left out psychiatric evaluation, here is the entire story, you only have to translate it; https://www.ad.nl/gezond/euthanasiekliniek-op-vingers-getikt-na-dood-om-oorsuizen~ae6fb0cf/

The review committee now believes that tinnitus in combination with hyperacusis may be severe enough to qualify for euthanasia, but due to the "psychological vulnerability" of the patient caution was required
