Estimating dosages issue

I'm trying to do estimating dosages from final exit. I try to take a small amount of the drugs he suggests to see if I fall asleep for eight hours during the day but I don't sleep. No matter how much I increase the dosage. Has anyone else done this method? Can anyone make any suggestions?
