Help Envelope to myself

If I wanted to send an envelope to myself and make sure I was the first one to open it, how would you go about doing that?

i think its a world wide law that its a federal crime for someone to open mail with your name on it. (but under the chances that its not (and the way some countries are controlling its probably not) id check the laws where you live)

In my country there are new laws allowing this, if the envelope is suspicious.

you cant do like a timecapsule thing and hide it some where for X amount of time? if youre the only one that knows about it and had access to it then its a guarantee that youll be the first to read it

also that really sucks.
