Method Effective meds to overdose

I need something that can be effective and could be easily obtained from a drug store.
I don't have much money unfortunately, and a portiion of it is going to the place I will be staying for the night to do it.
Wish I was brave enough to jump, but I simply can't deal with the idea. Same with hanging.
Information about these kind of things in my country is almost non-existent as well, so I'm here to ask for some advice.
Any ideas/suggestions please?

There is nothing easy to obtain at a drug store that is effective and peaceful in the US. Depends what country you are in.
