Easiest exit bags?

What is the easiest exit bag or easiest way to make one? Any advice? Are there ones that work that don't require a lot of stuff?

According to the original Nurse Betty English language version of these tutorials, you do not, that nitrogen will work just as well, provided you force out all oxygen before putting on the bag, and have the torso in an upright position (important for nitrogen, helium AND argon gasses).

i do agree for helium, as it is lighter than oxygen. but that's not true with nitrogen and argon..

The upright position logic is nominal at best for helium and nonexistent for argon and nitrogen. I'm not familiar with the video being referenced, but if the flow is correct and tube taped to the top of the bag, there isn't a situation where upright, laying down, or upside down would make a difference. The important point is to be in a position that won't shift and dislodge the bag when consciousness is lost.

I cannot speak from first hand experience, but laying down flat (or upside down) is supposed to allow the possibility for lighter than air gas to escape back out of the bag.

The "Doing it with Chi" video is essentially derived from the Nurse Betty instructional that was deleted from youtube at the same time her helium tutorial and nitrogen update for Exit International/Max Dog Brewing were also removed.


With respect to helium, there have been a number of youtube clips showing children and teenagers passing out from inhaling air out of floating balloons to produce funny voices, and there have been a number of accidental fatalities by kids attempting to do this with balloons. Those clips show how dangerous it can be, and how quickly one can pass out and succumb to helium with these stunts. They should never have been removed, but left on youtube as a warning to kids who are looking to have prank fun rather than CTB.

Does anyone know what those bags he uses are called? I I bought an XXL oven bag and I fit perfectly in it - but the Material appears to be quite thin and making a lot of rusteling noises.
The bags in the Video look so stable:)

I bought an oven bag here in Europe and its so thin, too ! Do you have a better bag in the meantime ?

Yeah the oven bags are very thin but also very strong material. Just keep the bag away from any sharp and pointy objects.
