Method earphones and full suspension

has anyone tried/ is anatomically imaginative enough to tell me whether they'd fall out during a full suspension? do I need to glue them to my fucking head xp?? please someone tell me you've tried...otherwise blasting music from a speaker in a forest... bad idea, right?..

Several years ago I had these ones, they were kinda painful to wear but didn't fall out.
But once you start passing out you can't hear anything anyway, so I don't think it matters :P

Don't get it stuck in your ears imagine the embarrassment trying to get them out in a hospital. I read that the last sense you lose is your hearing though so that is lovely.
