Dying with pressure pills?

You've found a place where you can choose well researched methods or at least wait for an advice from someone who knows something about the pressure pills. Don't hurt yourself because of desperation, you might just make things physically worse and still be alive, just worse. Take a long cold shower, it'll calm you down a little.
