Ideally I would buy heroine and go out on a high but I don't know any drug dealers and I'm too dumb to figure out how to use the dark web. I've read having 1500mg of dexamethasone will off me but I'm second guessing myself. I don't want it to go wrong so just wondering if anyone has any thoughts or opinions?
