• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I'm sure this has been covered, but I am new here and haven't seen anything in recent threads, any advice on intentional drowning? This Is the most accessible option for me, but I'm having trouble going forward with it. I did try in a shallow pond and my survival instinct and fear of being found kicked in. I'm mostly worried about remaining conscious for a long time after entering the water. Any advice?

My advice would be to find another method. Drowning is one of the most painful methods.

Hi. Welcome to you and welcome to me

Drowning sounds really peaceful. But I have a standing shower, no tub.

From what I've heard, once your lungs fill up with water, you'll pass out from losing oxygen to the brain and it can be quite painful.

The thought seems like a beautiful process though.

If you do it in public, I'd think you'd be more likely to be found and saved. & CPR is a quite common skill.

Is it possible to do in a regular sized bathtub? Have you heard of that working? Was there more to the method than simply inhaling the water?

Probably. Actually, no. Someone had said your "survival skills" will not allow you to hold yourself underwater long enough. The pain would push you to surface.

Maybe get really drunk first and mix with some sleeping pills that way you knock out underwater?
Or anchor your foot to the bottom of the ocean?

Don't listen to me though, I wouldn't know if it's full-proof. & the hard part is not wanting to bad influence. <\3 just my thoughts.

Thank you for your input. I ruled out the tub as I think I'd need deep water to counterattack my survival instinct. I'm not a strong swimmer and f I could get out far enough in a lake near my house I know I would surely drown whether or not I had last minute jitters...as long as I wasn't found first. I daydream about having the courage to go out in the early morning hours, but when the time comes I can't work up the nerve. I just need the courage to go out there. For now I just try and will my death to come. Every night I pray I don't wake up. By now I'm fairly certain there is no God listening.

I'd suggest finding a way to make yourself unconscious. Like everyone said, there's no way you'll keep yourself under for the necessary amount of time. Unlesd you happen to anchor yourself doen and hancuff your hands behind your back, but again everyone mentioned it'd be painful.
Honestly, as easy as that sounds, I think it's less of a process to find a different method. I've thought about doing it myself just because I love water so much, and I thought it'd be ironic if it was the thing to take me out.
But partial hanging seems like it'd require less effort. Just patience to get it right.

I don't have a space to hang, but the water is right outside. I remember nearly drowning as a child and it was so peaceful I wish I had died. I wish I'd just die in my sleep tonight. It should be easier to die if you want to.

I agree. I think everyone has a right to take their own life, and it shouldn't be impossible for those than want to to achieve that.
I'm not sure how much soace you have, but partial hanging doesn't have to take very much. There's other methods, too, that you could look into.
But if you're hellbent on drowning, I'd suggest immobilizing your limbs so even in a panic you couldn't move and sedating yourself so it's less painful. Or even just get really really drunk. Something to alter yourself so it's not so painful.

I'll take your advice as it seems to be the majority opinion and keep looking for other methods. I wish I could just buy something otc and slip off in my sleep tonight. I don't want to live another day. I tried slitting my wrists two months ago. I'm left with deep scars and a pile of medical bills. I just want to break free. I hate everything about this life.

Yeah, cutting is probably the worst way to end yourlife for many reasons.
I think we're all with you in wanting something available otc. If only it were hat easy. Best of luck in your search.

Honestly if I had been able to hit an artery it wouldn't have been that bad pain wise as I numbed my skin I couldn't feel much when I slashed...many many times all the way through to my tendons. I just bled out for a while and ended up with an infection. The pain wasn't so bad though. The recovery was humiliating and the care was expensive. I won't try it again. You have to be a surgeon or a butcher to get it right.

If you want you can run as much as you can and wear yourself out before attempting so that it will be much easier to let go in the end.

Sorry, I don't think I saw this yesterday. I don't remember reading it anyways. Even if you did on your wrist, it tends to be too easily repairable. The best bet is to find a different artery, but still I think there are better methods out there that would work better with less pain involved.
I hope you find what you're looking for.

Yes, I wouldn't recommend the wrist. It's very messy and barbaric. Ideally I'd like something where I could just quietly drift off to sleep. I've seen some methods but at the present time none of them seem accessible to me, but drowning. Something should pop up soon. I'm very determined to CTB ASAP.
