doubts about SN and vomiting

my methods will be sn. i will use metoclopramide and only that.. If i vomit, what should i do? from the moment this happens i won't be able to get another glass of sn since my grandmother will probably be awake.

You should call the ambulance bc if someone is awake the chances are high that you will be found and rescued. The earlier you get medical help and the antidote administered if the attempt fails or could be interrupted the better it is.
