Yes, certainly. Contrary to common belief, you don't necessarily want the roughest, toughest rope there is.

Personally, I don't prefer twisted ropes. They are stiffer and less flexible than braided ropes (which are more comfortable for tying knots).
You can try tying an Arbor Knot with it (on one leg, for example), and see if it tightens itself easily. [This is the ligature knot that would go around the neck for the attempt]
The thickness is fine, and it's a synthetic material.
Never forget to test the anchor point and rope to ensure that both are strong and will not break. Always use your full body weight, and repeat the test a few times. Tie the rope to the anchor point and hang from it with your hands. The structure must remain unchanged and undamaged; otherwise, it is best to find another safer place.Similar threads
