(English is not my first language so I'm really sorry if there are grammatical errors here in my post.)
After many trials of trying to find the carotid pulse and trying to compress the carotid artery, I think I finally came close today.
While I was lying flat in my stomach in my bed, I tried locating my carotid pulse. I found it a little bit above my Adam's apple. What I usually do, is I make my index finger, middle finger, and thumb form a letter C and use it to squeeze my carotid pulse inwards and I noticed that it doesn't do anything, it just makes me feel like my head is going to explode.
However, when I tried using both of my middle and index fingers from each of my hands to compress each side of my carotid artery, my vision started going black and I felt a little bit dizzy. What I did is that I did not squeeze my pulse in but instead, I pushed it back. I think this only lasted for 2 seconds. So my question is, does this mean that I finally found my sweet spot? Did I compress my carotid arteries?

I said something wrong here, I actually didn't use my middle and index fingers but instead, I used my thumbs from each hands to press my carotid pulse.(English is not my first language so I'm really sorry if there are grammatical errors here in my post.)
