Does SN really work??

LOL. I'm new in the last week or so, started off by reading every page of every megathread in the research section. Many folks just can not or will not take that necessary step. The OP in the CO thread--who gave well-written, clear, concise, inclusive step-by-step instructions in the first few pages--at one point months later posted something like, "I won't post everything again! Read the thread!"

We all understand and are sympathetic, not trying to give you a hard time. But merely scrolling through won't do it, especially for a decision like this in your life. Relax, take your time, go through the thread slowly and carefully. Have a pen and a notebook, take notes as you go along.

That's hardly enough info. Metal spoons or plastic spoons? Left-handed or right-handed spoons? Plain spoons or fancy spoons? New spoons or used spoons? How about sporks? Would a spork work?

Good call on that. I think plastic might cause an unfavorable reaction with the SN

I guess newbies might be wondering what is going on? Should we let them in on the joke?

ok so SN is a hot topic and it generates a lot of questions and new threads with the same questions over and over and over. People kind of get tired of seeing the same stuff. Not that we aren't compassionate. It's just that it's taken on a life of its own and it cause a lot of people to second guess themselves when they don't need to. And all we can do is laugh at it. That's why people say to do your research before asking too many questions. Often times you will find the answer by reading.

We all need reassurance that we have understood the information correctly. And that's ok. But it is a huge dejavu every time we see SN in a new thread. (I was guilty of asking if you could mix SN with Gatorade or fruit juice so LOL at me. And for the record no you can't. Use water only).

Someone on here is working on compiling and editing the info into some kind of FAQ reference for people considering SN. And yes it does work. And no it's not a horrible way to CTB. Don't get caught up in all the premedication stuff.
