Discussion does nice weather make you want to leave the house more?

november is my favorite month because it's the only time texas doesn't seem to be constantly on fire, cold, or raining. but i just don't really feel like leaving my house even though i like doing it. if i could drive right now i'd probably go straight to the city and look at ducks at a big park. i usually like when it's quieter in the mornings because it gets busier in the afternoons.

i feel a little weird lingering around playgrounds since that's where the ducks and general nature is. i don't think i fit into my suburban neighborhood as a 20 year old, since i'm supposed to be in between 30 and married or 60 and a spinster. since i never go very far from my area i get bored of taking the same photos. i'm only mildly agoraphobic, but on bad days i just see leaving the house as a chore when it's the same stuff outside every day.

the most ive been able to do on a beautiful day is read a book in my balcony. but that was two years ago, i dont think ill be able to today.

i like swings, if i could, id like to use a swing on a beautiful day. the last time i got to go on a swing was at 2am once, when i needed to clear my mind because i had been crying too much. i didnt swing for very long because it was the middle of the night and the middle of the city and iwas a little scared

i'm a playground prowler (don't screenshot this). i usually like going at night because i live in a residential area where parents bring their kids to play, and i look like a weirdo for wanting to go down the slide or use the swings. i usually get excited if i'm in an area where there's a playground, but it's disappointing when there's kids using all the equipment. just a few days ago i was at a playground at night and i had to leave because a group of neighborhood kids wanted to play. it's different for me since i live in the suburbs and i can wander around at night whenever i want. the kids and people that could see me walking around aimlessly makes me want to go out less.

during the summer i feel trapped inside my house because it's so hot, but now that it's autumn i'm still mentally in summer. reading on your balcony is nice. i used to like eating outside but there's no outdoor table i can eat on, so i would have my plate in my lap.

normally here it's so hot i hate going outside but when winter comes i like sometimes going on walks in a park that is like a block away from my house... it's simple but it's a good distraction from life

Not Finland-level cold, but it's also pretty chilly here in November (since late September really). It was first time snowing yesterday, though it all melted almost instantly, still! It's wet and it's cold and disgusting. During summer I wished for colder seasons to come sooner, be careful what you wish for...

Can't imagine how fun it is for y'all out there I guess you'd be the most likely people who need to Praise the Sun, so praise! \`[T] /

I often want to go out when the weather is nice but I stay home. I have no friends to meet up with. I used to go on walks in the summer but I stopped because it's just sad being alone. And people see you...alone.
