So perhaps blue lips would be observed with N.

Note, however, that I don't think N causes a distinct blue tinge to the skin in the same way that SN does.
From an appearance view, people tend to say people who have passed from N may appear to have died of natural causes.
However, if the right tests are performed, then it will be discovered that N was used.
But with SN, people tend to know that the death was not from natural causes due to the blue tinge to the skin.
Regarding the blindness thing, I've never really heard that mentioned.
One person on here claimed blindness from SN, but that was strange because I don't think anyone else has experienced that. It might have been unique to them or something else played into it.
