Or just people with delayed gastric emptying?
When taking 5mg meto, I had noticeably increased bowel frequency for a while. Is this normal or a sign that I have delayed gastric emptying?

No it does it to everyone.. That's how meto works as an antiemetic; empties the stomach.

It should, unless you have something done to your stomach which prevents it from working that way. Either way, all is well.

Meto, aka Reglan, is used for people with gastoparesis (basically paralyzed vagus nerve), to stimulate their vagus nerve in order to have movements. So yeah, it increases gastric emptying. (My mom takes reglan. I took it for a moment, when I was in the process of having my own gastro issues diagnosed. Turns out mine wasn't gastroparesis, but IBC-slow motility.)

What's strange is that it didn't happen when I took it again. I wonder if it went bad...
