Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

This is my first post so im sorry if I make a mistake

I tried to CTB earlier this month. After I attempted, i realized that there could be more to life and i should try my best to be happy. Ever since then, it feels like nothing ever changes and nothing gets better and i honestly don't feel any different. I've never been more unhappy and im in a cycle of telling myself "it'll get better tomorrow" even though it never does

Does it ever get better? How much longer will i have to struggle for me to finally get a break?

None of us can predict the future, but I hope things do get better for you. I know people say this generic shit all the time, but genuinely have you tried professional help? I know people have had good and bad experiences, but I think it's a good idea to at least try, and if you don't like it you can stop. Meds and therapy can do wonders for some people. And besides that, there are so many other treatments out there, so it's not hopeless. You never know until you try.

Thank you. I have never tried professional help, partly because i feel like it won't even help, it seems pointless to me. I also do not want to make my problems, idk, "public"? Not many people close to me know im struggling, especially not my family, and if i try meds or therapy im just not sure what or how to tell them. I know my first step should probably be seeking help from people close to me though...

Even if it doesn't help, you'll never find out unless you try. It would be a shame if you tried again to CTB without even considering professional help. And I get wanting to keep things private, you could still keep things mostly private even if you go the medical route. You don't have to tell your family if you get meds or therapy. It's not really their business unless you feel comfortable sharing. You could seek help from people close to you, but you said you wanted privacy. Therapy is confidential, and so are any conversations you have with the doctor and your medical business.

Okay, I'll start thinking about therapy. I will start with other options and see how it goes and if it works. Thank you.

You're welcome! Trust me, it's not as scary as it sounds. I got help for the first time this year and you won't get immediately locked up unless you tell them you have plans and intent and you're in like immediate danger. If you leave that out, you can pretty much tell them anything without the fear of hospitalization.
