Hanging has the benefits of having more control over it, at least the way I see it.
Both are terrifying in their own right.
Jumping in other hand requires more faith. Both are risky, but seems like jumping lifts up some existential burden. It's all left to gravity and luck.
Hanging is more tricky. I have tried it several times but always failed either because of SI, badly made knots, or weak ligatures.
What do y'all think?
