My chance at seeing the stars again but in 2025

I have put a lot of time and energy into my CTB, and one thing I don't care about is the food I'll eat before I go but rather if it will support me during my death. I can enjoy my last meal few days before I'm gone, but my death isn't until I gather all my things first. But for note, should you eat on your death day or be sick and starved enough on that day or does it not matter? I researched and found a logged stomach being a means of early death from the stomach acid, and a gallon of water killing you, especially from electrolyte unbalance, and dehydration and starvation being a deep indicator of both cardiac arrest and low blood pressure, so I want to know which way is better and what you guys would choose. Also, forgive me if I don't make sense. I am not smart enough to make sense as I was robbed of education growing up and sheltered. New to SS.
