Discussion does anyone use shifting/AP to cope?

I tried to do both multiple times but always failed. I had so much hope that either of these things is actually real to help me escape, to help me get some peace of mind. Sadly it didn't work, have you succeeded?

nope.. one of things that I wanted experience before dying.
