Security update: At around 2:28AM EST, the site was labeled as malicious by Google erroneously, causing users to get a "Dangerous site" warning in most browsers. It appears that this was done by mistake and has been reversed by Google. It may take a few hours for you to stop seeing those warnings.

I have heard of people knocking off their hood/bag/mask when passing out or convulsing while dying. This allows them to breathe air and they survive. Also falling over and knocking over the whole setup and somehow surviving. Basically, assume you will flail, knock over everything, and fall over during the whole attempt. Tightly secure everything, including yourself.
Like death_bed said, you could become a vegetable (or worse, conscious but mentally impaired) if you wake up after so many minutes of being oxygen deprived by knocking over your stuff or if someone finds you.
