does anyone know how to import sn to EU

Hey, I am planing to oder SN to EU however the only cn I have found is in Ukraine( still don't know if it is reliable or not) could anyone give me info regarding the customs, if you have eu source that would be ideal

I'm not sure about the EU, maybe MDS source you will get it.
I just know people in the UK aren't getting it past customs in most cases.
