Help Does anyone know how to effectively hang with a cord? I want to half hang as I heard it’s effective.

I'm planning on attempting tonight as I don't see the point to living anymore. Does anyone know how I can hang myself from a door? I have a charger for a phone and a multi purpose one.

You are free to do what you want. However, I think that nothing we do impulsively leads to anything good. It is better to always plan.
