Doxylamine is a super safe sleep aid. You'd have to take something like 30,000mg for it to have a chance to do anything at all, and even then you'd most likely vomit it up in your sleep.
A general rule of thumb is if you can buy it in stores then it's not going to do the job. There's a reason why it's easy to purchase, because it's relatively safe.Similar threads
