Does anyone else not like tv or movies anymore?

i just rewatch my old favs over & over & over & over & over & over again :) kinda comforting, kinda makes me feel like im going insane sometimes from endless repetition. lol.

If I found I noticed that I no longer enjoyed a loved movie or TV show I'd really say to myself it's time to go, I think. But come to think.of it with practicing gratitude I spend more spare time doing productive things so don't feel I have as much time to watch and enjoy. But I have been thinking of just quitting it all till I go now because I've balanced the karma or whatever shit I feel to my best extent.

yeah ive struggled with having lost the ability to enjoy shows and films for a while now. although saying that ive been binging later seasons of silent witness (a bbc show about pathologists) for the past week which i havent found ive been able to do in a long time. i cant tell if i enjoy it or just like that im sucked into it so much i forget the real world. theres some bits that i can laugh at tho, specifically certain interactions between jack and clarissa, theyre my favourite characters, and also when the actings weird, like one character said "you must be [name]" but they put the emphasis on must so it sounded more like how youd say "you must be joking" or smthn which made me laugh bc i thought about the director thinking that was a good delivery or just being like fuck it itll do lol.

I watch scenes on youtube from my "Preference films" other than that i have none.

They do nothing but pass time for me, i haven't watched a new release in years, i don't have the mental capacity to enjoy it or sit for that long.

I'm sure there are many good shows and movies to watch, I just don't have the drive to sit there through them. Same for games. They just seem like a distraction(which I try my best to avoid). It's different with a friend though. But for me, it becomes more about sharing an activity with a friend rather than the movie or show itself.

I feel like I've seen everything eventhough I haven't seen everything yet and that is because you can see some things right away the older and more experienced you get. And some stuff is not worth your time at all.
