• Hey Guest,

An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.

Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.

Either the Spyro the Dragon games or Putt-Putt games. I think either of those games are the ones I played first.

Showing my age here... This was probably my first game on my Dad's Atari ST. It was actually really difficult. Just about anything would kill that mouse. I also had a weird sort of crush on the mouse! Lol. My weirdest crush maybe... I think they were played on floppy disks. Arr, the 'good ol' days' where you had to start from the beginning if you died.

Yes! It was this very old flash-esque (but I think it isn't flash? It was a download game) called Blip and Blop: balls of steel
The entire game feels like a fever dream

And I guess my more "traditional" answer is that I also played Mortal Combat when I was 5-6 ish.

Same, but not an official NES. One of those cheap Russian bootleg ones.

Ayo! Had this too! Got my NES for Christmas when I was... 5?

My parents had an Atari but I do not remember if I played it at all.

It was "Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back" on the PS1, I think the year was 2000.

I'm not really sure, it might've been Wolfenstein return to castle or Half-Life 1 (or 2) with my dad on his computer. The first game I played on a device I "owned" was probably some flash game on y8 or newgrounds.
Consoles and handhelds weren't really a popular thing where I'm from, at least I didn't know a single person that had one as a kid or teen.

This flash puzzle game about a scientist. It was a point and click but I don't remember the name as I would've been like 5.

I'm pretty sure my first video game was Little Big Planet on PS3, sometime in 2009 when I was like 4 years old. I don't think I ever got past the first level... :(
