Although recently I've had trouble sitting and watching anything that's emotionally fulfilling and/or makes me think, which is painful. My brain has decided I'd rather watch YouTube videos than watch/play anything I'd find... more cool or consequential.
Recently watched Steins;Gate though! That was nice

I got into anime when I was younger. Pokémon, Digimon, Xmen, Beasties, Spiderman, South Park (first couple seasons), SailorMoon, Naruto (not all of it cause hard to keep up)

What I watch now is mostly youtube and the few shows that I keep up with.

I love anime too! I don't have a tv right now though. But I like Dragon Ball Super, Dance in the Vampire Bund, FLCL (these all come on Cartoon Network). I also like the movies: Appleseed Ex-Machina, Tekkonkonkreet, Paprika, Evangelion 2.0 and 2.22. Also, the video for Linkin Park's "Breaking the Habit"...it's in anime form.

I finished it maybe a month ago, it's pretty nihilistic, it also has a lot philosophical themes and deep meanings, loved every second of it.

I'd dare to say that there's only one type of people who'd like this show.

I can't believe such a show exists but I'm glad it does.

I used to watch anime while growing up, but as I gotten older, like around 16 or 17, I stopped watching anime and just overall stopped caring about it that much. Some of the shows that I watched are Pokemon, Digimon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Yu Yu Hakusho to name a few.

I'm unique in this. I never got into anime. there was one that I saw that I thought was OK, but that was it. If I remember correctly, it was called Ninja Scroll. It actually kinda bored me. Other than that, anime never entertained me in the least.

If anime is your thing, more power to you. Just don't try to make me watch it.

Same here. I was born in 1982 and during my childhood, anime didn't even exist here in my state. It was all American cartoons, which were almost all great in my opinion. My favorite show back then was Fraggle Rock. Hell I even have Gobo Fraggle tattooed on my leg.

I was born the same year. My parents said that I loved Fraggle Rock when I was really young, but I honestly don't remember too much of it. Some of the cartoons I enjoyed watching growing up were Looney Tunes, Tiny Toons (classic video game too), Beavis & Butthead (ditto about the video game) Rugrats, Doug, Hey Arnold, Beetlejuice, and of course The Simpsons.
