I think so, it's hard to separate extremely strong anxieties and hang ups from a complex though. I'd say biggest complex is the sound of my voice. Obsess over how much I hate and can't change it, and not just that I can't change it to sound how I'd like it to, but that I can't even imagine how I'd like it to sound. I'd prefer to go mute forever.
