Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

As I have no diagnoses and I see all my friends using genuine antidepressants or stuff like that , I feel less valid to be very honest with you. But at the same time , why do I feel like this ? After all most medication gives you really bad side effects so I wouldn't probably accept using that as I am very sensitive. My mother is very frustrated with me ever since she discovered that I SH sometimes and doesn't understand my problems very much. One day in a local market we saw these "antistress vitamins" for a very laughable price so we decided to buy them. They contain magnesium , melissa extract and valeriana extract - and god they smell like hospital let me tell ya. The vitaminst are so cheap that when you go looking for how much of the extract and magnesium there is - you find out nothing which literally means that each bottle can be differ in how strong the effects are 🫠
Anyways I am on my second bottle since I finished the first one , I am supposed to take 2 pills a day so I take one in the morning and one at night before bed.
Come to think of it when I started using them for first time I lowkey felt very sleepy in the mornings , that doesn't happen anymore.
I am convinced they do not help or that they might support me only very lightly , however it is mostly the placebo effect that helps me cope.

(By the way excuse my poor grammar I am a foreigner šŸ˜…)

Yeah, me too with the glycine pills. Don't have the package with me now, but the dosage is so small that even in theory it can't really change anything. My grandmother and mother (although rarely and more calmly) used to stuff me with those when I couldn't calm down for hours crying which pissed me off. Last time I took them I was really nervous and I had to (kind of) deliver a speech. I think I took 5 in an hour or two. When I was next in line for that speech I felt like a vegetable (like when you're in a state when you have no thoughts but can function). Probably not their credit though.

You can't really get sick from them, maybe if you take the whole pack but I beg to differ. But they work because of the placebo effect, like you think to yourself "I took pills = I'll be fine" or something. They aren't prescription meds, so that's convenient too.
It's not clear what they even do. Allegedly they improve sleep, cognitive functions, mental health, probably a bunch of other stuff you can't really measure...yeah right, at this point why not cure cancer with them. But it's definitely good for me to have them than nothing at all
