No because I'm not interested. I just need money to pay rent, eat and live decently away from people..

No.

Money is fine, but seeking an excess of money that i don't need to survive and live a simple life? A big waste of time and effort in my opinion. It's too unstable; easily stolen; and i don't trust banks.

Mate.... also unstable; you have absolutely no control over the other person. Expensive as well, even if you don't get butchered in a divorce.

"top dog" status.... no matter how hard you strive, no matter how high up the ladder you reach, you will always be someone's bitch. From personal experience, i'd rather be the lowest of the low than be sandwiched between a boss and a bunch of underlings.

I am a natural born competitive person and thata one of the only things that can distract me nowadays. Hanging around the top 30 ladder for a online game and trying to reach the top is a small goal I barely have any motivation to reach anymore but I squeeze what I can to distract myself.

Too thirty?! Impressive. I'm too mentally slow and delicate of the feelings for online games. That's pretty cool!

Competition is natural and necessary to weed out the least fit, unfortunately that is not happening these days in most countries. It is not encouraged. They want to reverse civilization and rational thinking to put the entire world back to the dark ages.

It's ok the playerbase is nowhere near big though, only like two thousand. A Pokemon battle sim.
What do you mean "delicate for online feelings"? :)
I'm sure there's others things you're good at

Nobody ever enjoys the sole act of competition, I'd say competition is harmful to the human physiology both physically via stress hormones and socially from the consequent confrontations and social pathology.

The current dominant society views competition as an innate virtue, however by sheer coincidence said society has a long history of acute institutional failure every 5-7 years for nearly a century that last longer and more disruptive each time.

I hate competitiveness and its inherently toxic. Look at sports or anything competitive and look at the comments for example when one loses or wins. This guy/team fucked that guy/team bla bla.. Its like a war between people and hypocrisy in case of sportsmanship because most of negative feeling are kept inside and people act like its cool. Some will appreciate the skills of the opponent but if one loses and paid effort for his lifetime as a pro, do you think its a good thing? Actually it can damage the brain and cause mental illnesses. The brain reward system is involved, if you lose, its a bad feeling and hurt no matter what, even card and board games will give you bad feelings if you lost even if there is no prize. That's because the brain reward system will make you feel bad, you paid time and effort to play one game, but then you are a "loser". That's one of the reasons why many players are very toxic and one can't enjoy the game because of the excessive competitiveness rather than just playing for fun and being cool.

Personally, I hate competitiveness to the degree that I'm not good at competing, I just can't win, it always tell me a loser no matter what which cause bad and harmful feelings. In competitive gaming, I'll lose while most of the time I'm way better than the opponents and with more skills and understanding. So on paper, I should be a top player but in reality, I'm nothing but a "loser". So fuck competitiveness, while winning can trigger brain reward system but many times opponents will get hurt or not like losing. So its bullshit either way

Cooperation, on the other hand, while glorified and its actually theoretically good but practically it becomes bullshit. Look at co-op games and specially board games and how one can compete for leadership and everyone wants to enforce his ideas on others and will flame anyone who will cause a lose. Its something like capitalism vs communism, no matter what they say in theory, both are shit in practice because many humans are toxic no matter what, its just that competitiveness encourage more toxic behavior which is clearly can be seen in sports like provoking the opponent and tactical fouls and even in clean play, passive aggressiveness can happen and dirty tactics can be applied.

I would not be unhappy to have a sort of room sized safe so filled with money that even air could not breach. However, in my current state I do not see myself overspending. Not too much, at least. Certainly, having the newest of the new would be nice, having top quality foods and gadgets and whatnot would feel fulfilling to some extent, however it would not solve the issues I'm dealing with. No amount of money could solve epilepsy, at least not today. Certainly, the surgery is pricey, but that's only one of its many faces - would it actually work?
RNS, VNS, and DBS implants are described as hell like no other. Money can't solve brain issues.

I hate any form of it because it just means somebody is going to be rejected. I think it is one of the mant cruel things of this world. I also hate having yo be graded in school... getting grades. It puts pressure on the student and takes the enjoyment out of learning. At least it did for me.
sorry.. I typed some errors. meant to say many cruel things, and having to be graded

No it will just create more unhappiness because once you want to compete in one thing then you will always want more like the domino effect it will be a repeating cycle. the question is is the result worth the unhappiness and stress. although sometimes it is necessary to compete i would rather accept losing and living a happier life than always trying to get to the top.

I'm really confused by how you asked the question. How is a "mate" a scarce resource and why do you call partners "mates", it makes it sound as if you consider humans animals.

You know what I mean. There is different terms for what humans and animals do because humans are still above most animal species.
