tbh that really depends...
I did have some times where I did eat more to sort of "keep myself distracted with food" but that didnt happen a lot.
Generally I'd say I eat less, but you could argue that that's just the natural result of me spending less energy & sleeping more, so the energy requirements of my body are lower.
Also sleep suppresses hunger.
In the end I get hungry when my body needs food again, I was never someone who ate when I wasnt hungry, so... depending on how much energy my body needs it'll make me eat, if I want to or not.
So when there are a lot of things I just have to do, no matter how bad I'm feeling than it's just the natural outcome that I get hungry since my body needs to get the energy from somewhere, and I can't really lose any more fat and muscles to get that energy from there since that already happened when my health made a jump for the worse a few years back, and I lost about 8kg in 2 months.
Now almost 4 years later I got about half of that back though.
