death: the cure for life

I did notice that the way I feel determines what things I (can) experience.

Like when I used to be somewhat happy, I was able to maintain relationships, bond easy with people and have friends.

While when im depressed and low (like all the time now), I'm feeling kinda forced into Isolation while not being able to maintain relationships with friends.

These are kinda black and white but the point is that I feel like the "vibe" determines the shape/pattern our lifes take, kinda like in the frequency sand plate experiment, just that the frequency is our vibe and the sand is us.

Thoughts?

Edit:
I often saw posts about people who want to have friends but they struggle a lot getting some, I could imagine that this low - high vibe thing is playing the main role in this.

Like low vibes cause separation and isolation, while high vibes create connectedness and "oneness" (?)

Yes- I definitely think there's something in it. The difficulty of course- is trying to make yourself feel the opposite of what feels 'natural'. Ever been terrified going into an interview? Or- on your first day of work but known you need to try and come across calm, confident and professional?

Even if you've worked out that your pessimistic attitude towards life is a big part of the problem- it can be tremendously difficult and exhausting to force yourself to see things from a more optimistic perspective. I think this is a big reason people resist 'recovery'. They know they'll have to start 'looking on the bright side' and that can feel almost nauseating to someone who has such a pessimistic, cynical world view.

yeah i can see how it would affect our lives in multiple different ways. the more depressed i am the more i isolate and lose out on chances/opportunities.
even externally, its kind of crazy how much our emotions can be so visible to or at least felt by others for lack of a better term. i definitely feel like i have some kind of depressing aura around me that has affected things like opportunities, like people can sense theres something wrong and either consciously or subconsciously chose to avoid me if that makes sense. like job interviews, no matter how much effort i put into coming across as positive and friendly people can still tell somethings wrong or off about me and discard me as a possible candidate, even if i meet all the criteria for the job. or in friend groups im always the odd one out for some reason, even if i try my best to be social, like i have an off vibe that makes people avoid me. maybe its just bc im autistic and dont understand subtle social cues, idk. hope that made sense.

I think it is a combination of things like environmental stress, finances, mental/physical impairment, values/beliefs, insecurity, and the list goes on and on. Some people have a greater tolerance for dealing with life stuff than others. It's just really difficult to be human. However, you can get different vibes from your surroundings and whose company you are in. I think having similar interests in things like movies, music, games, food, etc... can make people feel more inclusive of their particular delights in life. Even though I am heavily depressed and a socially anxious person, I still enjoy some things and I like to see others get some value out of life(no matter how little that may be in some cases). I guess it says something about the human spirit (though tired as it may be).

Yeah, I think it's manifestation/the law of attraction…when you're positive you attract positive energy and things, and when you're negative you attract negative energy and things. Maybe this is why it's easier for you to make friends when you feel like you vibe high, and isolate when you're feeling down/low vibes? I also believe in the law of assumption as well

I believe that people have vibes and auras. I believe in human design (based on your birth chart/body graph), and I'm a manifestor, which means my aura is closed and naturally repels people…I also heard that people have aura colors. Apparently you can train yourself to see auras, but I haven't had any success yet…
