Ancestral Mathematics!

In order to be born. you needed:

2 parents
4 grandparents
8 great-grandparents
16 second great-grandparents
32 third great-grandparents
64 fourth great-grandparents
128 fifth great-grandparents
256 sixth great-grandparents
512 seventh great-grandparents
1,024 eighth great-grandparents
2.048 ninth great-grandparents

For you to be born today from 12 previous generations,
you needed a total of 4.094 ancestors over the last 400
years.

Think for a moment -How many struggles?Howmany
battles? How many difficulties? How much sadness?
How much happiness? How many love stories?
How many expressions of hope for the future? --did
your ancestors have to undergo for you to exist in this
present moment.

( I found this online and thought it was rational. )

I wish that some of my ancestors didn't meet each other so that I wouldn't have to exist. Anyways, this bloodline is ending with me

I wonder how many of those branches stopped dead. It's strange to think that mine will end at me.

All the more reasons to rebel against this senseless procreational pyramid, which brings about an unfathomable amount of unnecessary suffering.

We have no ethical duty to produce "happiness" — whatever this vague, elusive, word means — but we do have one to reduce suffering.

Yeah... The odds are amazing. It's definitely an exceptionally "lucky" thing to be born — bad luck!

I hate the name of this movie... James Dean's character has all the reasons in the world to be pissed off.

"Rebel without a cause"... What a joke.

Extreme Pain is much worse than people know

Imo all those ancestors were brainwashed to think life was good otherwise they would have killed themselves before reproducing or not reproduced. If you think life is bad and death is good then you kill yourself or don't bring more life into existence. I think life is bad and death is good for me. So I wont have children and will kill myself soon.

They were young when reproducing.

Life is not good but bad because there is nothing worth the unbearable constant unending unbearable pain possible and every human and other animal becomes old. Also life is meaningless suffering. There are 1000s of very horrible things that could happen to any human including old age , diseases , accidents , injustice, homelessness, disabilities, brain damage, extreme pain, extreme suffering, oppression , 1000s more . Ask yourself why 99.99 % of humans don't reach these simple conclusions.

Imo most humans seem to think the abomination of life is something good and so that it is perfectly ok to have children : I think the opposite is true

I wish more than anything I were never born

Have you thought that maybe it isn't the ancestors who were brainwashed? I mean look at how many people were before you and all of them apparently were brainwashed but you know the truth and the right path of action? I wonder why we haven't had any important philosophers or thinkers in our human history commit suicide out of the conclusions you have drawn for yourself. They were probably brainwashed too. Everyone else was, can't be that perspectives change, values too and priorities. Nooo, brainwashed.
