Help Do I take benzos immediately after SN?

When should I take the benzos? Immediately after the SN or some minutes before?

You should take them before and the timing depends on which benzo you are taking. Clonazepam for example may take an hour to kick in while Alprazolam will start working in about 10-20 minutes if taken on an empty stomach.

I will take them 1 hour prior, but not a huge dose, the reason for this is the fact that I don't want them to knock me out, just make me very drowsy and sleepy so that I don't feel too much fear and anxiety.

I'm not sure if I should take a big dose because if it knocks me out too quickly I might pass out before I can drink the SN.

Everyone is different, it depends A LOT if you taken benzos before, and your weight too. For me as a 90kg man who never taken benzos before even 1mg of Xanax can make me very sleepy.
