It keeps bleeding and hurting even tho I did it like 9 hours ago. And idk at what point you should go to a doc or stich it up yourself or just leave it and wait?

Hard to say without knowing how much it keeps bleeding but it doesn't look bad. It'll likely scar like the other wider adjacents. If you have steri strips you can close it that way. Personally I wouldn't go but I'm not qualified to give medical advice, so this isn't advice.

Maybe. I think that if your cut is deep enough to gape and expose the dermis layer or lower, then you should probably go to the ER to get it evaluated. I don't know if they'll be able to give you stitches due to it having been 9 hours (typcially they usually only give them to you if you get there before around 6-8 hours after the injury), but at the very least they can disinfect it and bandage it up for you.

When I sh like that, I normally get Butterfly stiches, unless its really deep, then its proper stiches. But you do need to close those cuts to stop them getting infected.

I will say that I have similar sh cuts that I didn't get stitched or treated. They healed, albeit slow. But now I have permanent nerve damage. So yes they'll prob "be ok" but you may experience damage too. *im not a medical professional

I don't think so. I used to cut deeper (til fat) and never needed stitches. I just covered them and they heal by themselves

I know my body so if you are unsure get stitches to be sure

Thanks y'all <3 I think I'll wait a few days and if it's still not closing or gets infected maybe imma go to the doc. I think I can even see an artery through it (there's a tiny blue part)

It's generally recommended to get sticthes, especially for fat cuts. The point of stitches is to speed up the healing process and reduce the risk of infection. I'm saying this as someone who has also never gotten stiches for their bean cuts. Getting stitches is less risky in comparison to just letting it heal on its own.

That's probably a vein, not an artery. Your arteries are located below the muscle layer.

It's really not that big of a deal. Basicly the same as medical glue or liquid bandaid.

Sorry but I'd rather get an infection xd
There is actually glue you can buy and use to close wounds. There's also steri-strips and butterfly bandages, which can also be used to close wounds. I used to use steri-strips because I found that they stuck to my skin better in comparions to butterfly bandages.

I'd go to a doctor. I've showed some of my burns to my doctor if I thought it needs some extra attention. Better be safe than sorry when it comes to self-harm. Take care.
