So I was thinking of ingesting 200 mg of propranolol, 3 mg of benzodiazepines, and a handle of vodka/scotch in order to black out on the rope and bypass the initial stages of the survival instinct kicking in during the passing out process.
From what I know, you're head's not supposed to feel like that. Are you sure you're applying pressure to the right spot on your neck? I've done many practice runs and only 5 of them were "painless". Sure, there will be an initial bit of pain but it's supposed to go away within a Few seconds
