I woke up around 8 pm and since when I woke up I feel dizzy
I wanted to ask one of you: if this has already happened to you? and if so, how stop it ?

Well, my schedule is a mess for starters...
So sometimes I wake up at abrupt times like that too.
A lot of my sleeping issues come from the medication I am on, too. It's either extreme fatigue, or extreme energy.
Too much of both is bad in my opinion. Needs to be a balance.
Sorry you are experiencing dizziness, though.
I usually have drinks like coffee or cola to help me get rid of such problems.

When I sleep a long amount of time what helps me is a cold shower. That actives my body a bit

Would really suggest this too! Helped me this night, if anything. :)

The lack of air in your room and heat could cause what you described too, I'd suggest sitting down or resting in another place, more ventilated.
it makes fucking sense, I don't know if I mentioned it here, but I closed all the air vents in my room

That's alright! Just reopen them and let some air through the windows too. :)
My room is ventilated poorly like that too, doesn't even have vents if anything, so whenever I have heat running here, with everything closed... The following you described happens to me. Suffocation nearly.

It may be anxiety, I have already passed and I am still going through it, look for a friendly doctor, I hope it gets better. ♥️

I have migraines and chronic fatigue. I'm always dizzy to some extent. If I am sleep deprived, my dizziness often is worse. Heat will lead to it as well. If I sleep without my fan on, I am at an increased risk of dizziness. What kind of dizziness do you feel? Is it more like vertigo(like you spun around a bunch or got car sick..often times things appear to move around)? Or is it more of a pressure in your head type of dizziness, almost like the leftover effects of vertigo?

It could just be a weird one time thing. If you've never had it happen before, I wouldn't worry too much about it, unless it continues. I do know that sometimes excessive earwax buildup can cause this. If it were to continue, I'd see a doctor. As them to look for excessive earwax. As someone else said, anxiety can also cause dizziness.

Edit: Dude, I just realized that you said you woke up at 8pm... Oversleeping can definitely cause dizziness, as well as a headache.

I have dizzy spells every day. I've had these for a few years. I just enjoy them. They happen just for a second. I have to find what little fun I can so I decided to make the dizzy spells a fun part of my life. Sad I know.
