My housing officer will oy speak to me if I see him in person or ring him of the council number. He won't speak to me via email. He used to before I was attacked by neighbours. It's because I said he failed me in an email. I am on the autism spectrum and therefore find face to face and phone communication difficult. He knows this btw. It seems he has intentionally chosen a method of communication for me that he knows will be difficult for me due to me being on the autism spectrum. Trying to create a barrier for me to contact him, so he can then say I'm not engaging with him. Btw send him emails he ignores them or tells me he won't respond to them. He has enough time to respond to other people's emails. It's odd he'd make excuses not to speak via email but be fine with phone or in person. I believe it's because he knows that method of communication is difficult got me. Under the equality act 2010 I think he's creating barriers for me to contact him. It's my right to email after all is his job to work with me not ignite me.

So fucked up. That's why I hate this world. So much discrimination against disables it's disgusting. I too have faced it. I suffer from ADHD and may be on the autism spectrum and people just don't care.
