I was looking through "dignified suicide" using Google and this one came up. It's UK based (I'm state side). None the less this is an ever spreading problem. So many with chronic illness, which SHOULD include various forms of depression yet doesn't, taking their lives through violence on their own terms. This is because of many reasons. Lack of LOVE being number one in my personal opinion. Lack of healthcare. Lack of mental health care. Lack of a "decent" society and so on.
What I was trying to find is articles on the act of suicide itself being dignified as a means to leave. I was looking for "permission to die" to share here today. Love you guys!
This is from PubMed but seems to be more about "unplugging" already I'll patients.

Terminology of Assisted Dying - Death With Dignity
Though polls now show that Americans support physician-assisted dying legislation regardless of what terms are used to describe it, words do matter in accurately describing the issue. It is imperative that reporters, editors, bloggers, students, healthcare professionals, and the general public...
