Difference between the SN grades.

Hi
Can somebody tell me what is the difference between the SN grades? Food/industrial/medicine?
Which one is the purest?

I've received lab grade that was labelled 96%, while another vendor's lab grade was 99%, so I get the feeling these designations aren't strictly standardized. I hear the "food grade" often contains an anti-clumping agent, which I'm told is ok as long as the percentage is up around 98-99%.

Can you ask the vendor what the percentage is?
