I didn't get it, because I was concerned with other things back then. Ran away from home, moved out for a few weeks, neglected school because of the situation and had to fix it, etc. After that I just didn't bother. But I remember being handed some kind of a pamphlet about COVID at school before I stopped attending.
I might've had COVID, but I'm not sure. Had a very bad throat infection after the situation at home got considerably better.

Yes- I've had astrazeneca twice and pfizer once. Felt a bit rough the day after. Usual stuff- slight pain in the arm and just kind of groggy and tired. After that though, I was fine- thankfully. I feel terrible for people who had bad reactions. I don't blame them for feeling furious.

Yeah- I just can't imagine how people are feeling if their lives were altered by it. It doesn't feel like it should have been that much of a gamble when our governments put so much pressure on people to have it. Still- I think we all kind of knew we were basically guinea pigs. There really wasn't the time to test it properly. I don't think the recipients would go to hell for it (personally) but- I hope the bastard corporate heads that push all this unsafe stuff onto people for profit and their government puppets do.

I got the two initial doses in 2021, but none of the boosters. I've had Covid twice (once in 2022 and once just this month) and both times it was no worse than a bad cold. I never lost taste/smell and this last time I didn't even have a sore throat - just an occasional cough and fatigue, and never had a fever over 100 degrees.

I only got vaccinated because my roommate at the time was immunocompromised and I felt obligated. I can't help but wonder if I wouldn't have gotten the vax, maybe I would have been lucky and died the first time. Oh well.

I got vaxxed and had 2 boosters. My arm hurt the next day and I felt fluish for a few days the first 2 times, but no side effects after that.

I have an autoimmune disorder and am more likely to get severely ill from covid than the average person. I have had covid once (since getting vaxxed) and it was mild. I'm suicidal but have a strong aversion to respiratory distress and that type of illness is not the way I want to go.

I got it and a few boosters. So did my partner. Nothing but mild side effects in the aftermath. We had Covid a couple times afterwards and no permanent issues from that either. So far!

I got both and the booster. I don't understand people who don't bother with vaccines unless they have a genuine allergy which is rare, it is selfish and lazy.

Oh the guilt trip. Thankfully I'm immune to that. Incentivizing the vax through free donuts and gift cards also failed to sway me.

Yep, and 5 boosters. I had a 39.5°C fever and arm pain every single time, headache twice and nausea thrice. But I'll continue taking boosters, better safe than sorry, hate feeling sick so I prefer one or two days than a week+.

I never got the vax and was sick once during the pandemic. The illness wasn't that contagious as long as you eat healthy, take your vitamins and keep your weight at a healthy level.

Yeah that's a bit of an issue for me, I have gastrointestinal problems so i'm bmi 14 and can't eat enough, but I do take lots of vitamins. But here in my country you can't go to college without proving that you took all the boosters available, they check every semester.

Is that rule still in effect? In the u.s. that rule is being phased out.

So you don't care that your likelihood of passing it on to others is a lot higher? Psychopathic as well as selfish.

That's really good, that's how it should be. They don't do that here in England.

No one ever gets the flu shot for my sake or my grandma's. So be consistent and call them psychopaths too, hypocrite. The flu kills people too.

Nope. I don't care about what Covid does to me and I'm such a shut-in that it would affect a small number of people, on top of the fact that I already observed many of the rules anyway.
On top of that, I have been skeptical about it, anyway. It felt rushed and I don't feel comfortable putting something I don't trust into my body. Unlike other vaccines, we have not had enough time to see the full effects of the vaccine. Furthermore, the amount of new vaccines and boosters and such that people constantly had to get made me even more skeptical and see it as a waste of time.
Everyone around me told me I had a weak immune system and that Covid would surely kill me. Yet I got it once and, at least for me, it was by far the most mild sickness I have ever had. The worst part was the fatigue that lasted maybe two days (the first day it actually felt like I was covered in weights) however I didn't even realise I was sick, I just assumed my depression had gotten worse and even walked to the shop (I did not have any tests on me at the time, did not even realise I was sick and had run out of food) and actually felt slightly better after doing so.
I have refused to let the government or other people pressure me into altering my body in ways I see as a waste of time at best and potentially damaging at worst, depending on what happens within the next few years. Nor do I give a shit what happens to few people I interact with, their precious vaccine should be working if it's worth a damn and I don't give a fuck about them anyway.

I couldn't have said it better myself. If their precious vax works, then why do I need to get it? That guy who called me a psychopath disappeared pretty quick when I mentioned how no one gets the flu shot for my benefit or my sweet little old granny.

I live in an extremely transited city with a constant touristic movement and got what was likely COVID before the initial reports and tests were able to make it to my country. It was really weird and scary, I couldn't stand up without full-on fainting and vomited everything I ingested. It wasn't the respiratory type, it was the gastrointestinal one. I stopped being able to feel hunger the same way for a few months and ended up with a long-term fatigue that left me needing to sleep like 16 hours a day and a near constant brain fog with shit attention span and memory issues. Was in the first year of an Associate's at the time so I couldn't get much done because I was constantly sleep deprived and oversleeping every other day

Got vaccinated and had the common nausea/fever for a few hours but noticed major improvement in the fatigue starting a week later. I had been living unable to work or study for a year at that point and felt so fucked up, so it was a relief. I still need to get a bunch more sleep than I ever did before (12 hours average) but at least my brain doesn't give out entirely after being awake for only two hours and needing a nap urgently.

I got vaccinated in 2021 because i didnt want to make my grandparents (whom i live with) compromised if i ever catch Covid (they got vaccinated too of course.) Never got boosters, and i dont think i can anymore in 2023? But i never had any side affects at all. And never got Covid before and after vaccination.

I got both doses and two boosters. Only side effects were sore arms and a slight fever.

I got covid over a year ago though and I'm still having side effects from that.

I haven't gone anywhere. In fact I get the flu jab partly due to protect other people as I have mild asthma so I get offered it. Im only logged in on my tablet hence the delay.

That's an uncommon motive for getting the flu shot, which gives the impression you're virtue signaling.
